Newmarket Webflow Agency

Newmarket is where Skyrocket's Auckland studio is based. We are on Broadway, which means we are around the corner from the law firms, medical specialists and professional services businesses that operate in this part of the city. When something needs to be resolved quickly, we are close enough to meet in person.
Tell us what you're running

Professional services firms cluster in Newmarket because the clients are already here. Remuera, Epsom, Grafton and the CBD fringe all feed work into this pocket of Auckland. The website is often the first thing a referral checks before they call. We know this market well because we work in it.

Wherever you're starting from.

Our Auckland studio is on Broadway in Newmarket, close enough to meet in person at any stage of the project. We work with clients across the inner suburbs, including Parnell, Grafton, Epsom, Remuera and Mount Eden, and across the wider city for clients who want a studio within reach rather than one managed entirely at a distance.

New Builds
A new Shopify or Webflow site built around what the business needs to do commercially. We work out the architecture, integrations and structure before a single page gets designed.
Re Designs
A rebuild of a site that is underperforming. We look at where the current site is losing people, agree on a commercial brief and redesign from there. Not a cosmetic refresh.
Landing Pages
High-conversion landing pages for campaigns, product launches and paid traffic. Designed around a specific commercial goal and built to measure.
Ongoing Support
Ongoing development for live sites. Feature additions, performance work, seasonal campaigns and the day-to-day updates that keep a site working as hard as the business.
Migrations
Moving from WooCommerce, Magento or another platform to Shopify or Webflow. Product data, customer records, URL structure , done properly so nothing gets lost in the move.
Our trophy cabinet
"Our results were immediate and exceeded every expectation. Within three months of launch with zero paid advertising, no completed product, and no prior market presence, Heritage Saunas has received enquiries from some of New Zealand's most prominent residential architects and high-end homeowners. We have Skyrocket to personally thank for this impact."

Industry Specialists

Professional Services

Newmarket is home to some of Auckland's most established professional services firms. Law, finance, accounting, insurance and specialist consulting all operate here at a high level. The client base is discerning, well-resourced and accustomed to a certain standard. A website that does not match that standard is not just a missed opportunity. It is a signal.

Healthcare & Medical Specialists

The Grafton and Newmarket precinct has one of Auckland's highest concentrations of private medical specialists, surgical groups and allied health providers. Healthcare websites here need to balance clinical credibility with patient accessibility, and handle the practical requirements of appointment booking, insurance billing clarity and referral pathways.

Retail & Fashion

Broadway draws some of New Zealand's most established retail brands. Stores here compete with each other and with the full range of online alternatives. The website needs to support both the in-store experience and the direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel, often at the same time.

Hospitality & Food

Newmarket's food and hospitality scene has grown significantly, with cafes, restaurants and specialty food operators catering to both the working population and the wider Auckland market. The site needs to communicate the experience clearly enough to earn the visit or the order, before a competitor does.

Professional services

Some of Auckland's best-known law firms, financial advisors, chartered accountants and specialist consultants have offices in or around Newmarket. The client base here is commercially sophisticated. A prospective client arriving via a referral will check the website carefully before they call. The site needs to demonstrate expertise in the relevant areas, show the people behind the firm and give that person a clear path to making contact. Most professional services sites in this market do not clear that bar.

Medical and allied health

Newmarket and the adjacent Grafton precinct form one of Auckland's densest concentrations of private medical specialists, surgical groups and allied health clinics, operating in close proximity to Auckland City Hospital and Starship Children's Hospital. Healthcare websites in this precinct need to communicate credentials clearly, manage the distinction between ACC-funded and private services and make appointment booking easy for patients who are often in an anxious or time-pressured state. Getting that wrong creates confusion before the patient has even made contact.

Retail and hospitality

Broadway is one of Auckland's strongest retail streets. International and local fashion brands, specialty food operators and hospitality businesses compete for foot traffic and for online customers who research before they visit. The retail brief is usually about translating the in-store experience online and giving a visitor enough reason to come in person or to purchase directly. For hospitality, the site needs to make the case before the booking is made.

The Newmarket client

Clients in Newmarket tend to be commercially experienced and time-poor. They have usually commissioned websites before and have a clear sense of what went wrong. A poorly-scoped project, a design that prioritised aesthetics over conversion, a handover that left them unable to make basic changes. The brief from a Newmarket client tends to be tighter and more specific than the Auckland average. The site needs to do something measurable, and they want to know what that is before the project starts.

New to market

The business is real. The website needs to catch up before the right client finds you and moves on.
You've built this on referrals and relationships. The site hasn't needed to do much, until it does.

1M - 3M

The clients you're pitching to will check the site before they take the meeting. It's doing due diligence work whether you've designed it to or not.

3 - 10M

The organisations you're selling to do real research before they engage. The website is part of what they find.

Questions we're asked often...

Skyrocket's studio is in Newmarket. What does that mean for a client?

It means we can meet in person. Most of our projects are managed remotely, but for clients who prefer face-to-face meetings, we are based on Broadway and can sit down at any stage of the brief, the build or the handover. We find the projects where the client and the studio have met at least once tend to be sharper. The brief is clearer when you have been in the same room.

We are a professional services firm in Newmarket. How do we generate more enquiries from our website?

Start by understanding what a referral does when they look you up. They are not evaluating your services list. They are checking whether the firm looks credible at their level. Is the team visible? Is there evidence of relevant work? Is it clear how to make contact? Most professional services sites in this market fail one of those three. We identify which one before we start the build.

We are a medical specialist or clinic in Grafton or Newmarket. What should our website prioritise?

Credential clarity, patient accessibility and appointment friction. A patient referred to a specialist needs to understand quickly whether this is the right person, how to make an appointment and what to expect. The site also needs to manage the distinction between ACC-funded, insured and self-funded services cleanly. Getting that wrong creates confusion before the patient has even made contact.

We are a retail brand on Broadway. We have the store. What does our website need to do?

Support both directions of the customer journey. A customer who discovers you online will often visit in person to purchase. A customer who visits the store will look you up again online before a repeat purchase. The website needs to serve both, not just the ecommerce channel. We build for the full customer path.

We are a Newmarket business and most of our work comes through referrals. Why does our website matter?

Because referrals check it. In relationship-driven markets, most enquiries arrive through an introduction. The website is what that person checks before they call. It needs to demonstrate expertise, show the people behind the business and give someone enough confidence to follow through on the recommendation. A poor website loses leads that a relationship already delivered.
