Early childhood centre websites that turn enquiries into enrolments

We design, build and manage your centre's website for one monthly fee, with no upfront build cost, so parents can find you, trust you and book a visit.

Parents choose which centres to visit before they pick up the phone

Choosing an early childhood centre is one of the more anxious decisions a parent makes, and most of it now happens on a phone after the kids are in bed. They look for the same things every time: what a day looks like, who the teachers are, your philosophy, the fees after 20 Hours ECE, the latest ERO report and whether there is a space for their child.

A centre website that answers those questions clearly brings in enquiries from families who have already shortlisted you. When the answers are hard to find, those families book a visit somewhere else. There are 4,390 licensed early learning services in New Zealand and average occupancy at education and care services sat at 82% in 2025, so most centres have spaces they are already staffed and set up to fill.

Where a centre website earns its keep

Enrolment enquiries

A clear path from "is there a space?" to a booked visit, with a short form that asks for the child's age and preferred days so your team can reply with something useful the same day.

Waitlists and future intake

Families plan months ahead. A waitlist form keeps next term's intake visible and helps you plan staffing around real demand.

Trust before the tour

Teacher profiles, your philosophy, real photos of the rooms and outdoor space and your latest ERO report mean families arrive for a visit already leaning towards you.

Teacher recruitment

A careers page helps you attract qualified teachers, which keeps ratios right and rooms open.

The website should always earn more than it costs

Put in what one new sign-up is worth to you and see how many it takes to cover the monthly fee. It usually takes fewer than people expect.

What you're probably wondering

These come up in almost every first conversation, so here are straight answers before you have to ask.

What's the catch with no upfront cost?

There isn't one hiding in the fine print. The monthly fee covers the new website, around 15 hours of support a year and ongoing SEO and AEO work, so you're taking on a website team as well as a website. A fixed monthly line is also a far easier conversation in a budget meeting than one large invoice followed by a separate support contract.

Are we locked into a contract?

The first term is three years and it rolls over from there, because the support, updates and search work carry on. If you need to end it during a term, you pay the remaining balance of that term in one payment and the agreement ends there. No client has ever left because they were unhappy with the work.

This is some text inside of a div block.

The agreement rolls into a new term and nothing changes on your side. We keep supporting the site, making updates and working on SEO and AEO, so it keeps bringing in more of the right people year after year.

What happens when people change over?

A managed website carries on when a volunteer or staff member moves on, because we look after it and you always keep your own analytics, Search Console and editing access.

Works alongside the systems you already use

Your website sits in front of the platforms your teachers and families already rely on, such as Storypark, Educa or your centre management software. Families keep receiving learning stories and invoices the same way. The website's job is to bring in the next family and make the first conversation easy.

The short answers

Skyrocket designs, builds and manages websites for New Zealand early childhood centres, kindergartens and early learning services for $570 + GST a month, with no upfront build cost. Each site is built around enrolment enquiries, waitlists and book-a-visit forms, and works alongside platforms such as Storypark and Educa. The fee includes around 15 hours of support a year and ongoing SEO and AEO work, on a three-year term that rolls over.

How much does an early childhood centre website cost?

$570 + GST a month with no upfront build cost, on a three-year term that rolls over. That covers design and build, hosting, security, around 15 hours of support a year and ongoing SEO and AEO work.

Will it work with Storypark or our centre management software?

Yes. Those platforms stay exactly as they are for your teachers and families. The website links to them where it helps and focuses on bringing in new enrolments.

Can we explain our fees and 20 Hours ECE clearly?

Yes. We build a fees page that shows what families actually pay once 20 Hours ECE and any Childcare Subsidy are applied, which is one of the first things parents look for.

We run more than one centre. Does that change anything?

Each centre gets its own page with its own location, photos and enquiry form, and enquiries go to the right centre manager. The group gets one website to manage instead of several.

Is this a payment plan for the website?

The monthly fee pays for an ongoing partnership with our team: the website itself, around 15 hours of support a year and continuous SEO and AEO work to grow it. The term rolls over after three years because that work carries on, and your centre keeps access to its own Google Analytics, Search Console and site editing the whole time.

What happens if we need to end the agreement early?

You pay the remaining balance of the current term in one payment and the agreement ends there. No client has ever left because they were unhappy with the work.

How long does a new website take?

You'll see a homepage design within a week of our first conversation. From sign-off, the full website is live in 10 to 12 weeks.

Which platform will the website be built on?

Webflow or Squarespace, chosen around what your centre needs and who will be making updates. Either way your team gets editing access, and anything larger than a quick text change is handled by us. Work beyond the included support hours is $110 + GST an hour, quoted before it starts.
