Two markets, one smooth Shopify setup. We worked with Clean Collective to design and build their new AU and NZ Shopify stores, giving them a streamlined way to manage product, content, and logistics across both regions. The build included geolocation logic to send customers to the right store, a custom stockist map, and flexible product bundling. We also integrated with their 3PL and shipping providers to make fulfilment seamless. On the SEO side, we handled redirects from their legacy NZ site to protect rankings and ensure a clean handover.

Clean Collective sells sugar-free, carb-free vodka premixes and energy drinks, stocked in every liquor store in New Zealand and selling a can every 2.6 seconds by their own count. They were running separate New Zealand and Australian stores on WordPress, which meant managing product, content and stock twice.
We redesigned and rebuilt both stores on Shopify, with geolocation routing visitors to the right market and a stockist map so buyers can find the nearest shelf.
Both stores connect to Unleashed, their inventory and fulfilment system. We scoped and managed that integration alongside the build so orders pass straight through to stock.
