The HealthTech Activator gives healthtech innovators and early-stage businesses across New Zealand access to programmes and services matched to where they are, from regulatory pathways to market validation and capital. We support the team on an ongoing basis, designing and building new landing pages, updating existing ones and setting up new CMS structures as the programme grows.
The HealthTech Activator has directed or supported more than 400 New Zealand healthtech businesses, run 79 events since 2020 and built a subscriber base of more than 1,480.

The HealthTech Activator gives healthtech founders a wraparound service at whatever stage they're at, and the website is where most of them first find out what's on offer. The programme keeps adding to that offer (new events, new streams of support, new partners), so the site has to expand at the same pace without becoming hard to navigate.
We work with the team on an ongoing basis. That covers designing and building new landing pages for programmes and initiatives, updates and adjustments to existing pages and new CMS collections so the team can publish more of it themselves.
The programme was run by Callaghan Innovation, New Zealand's government innovation agency, and now sits within the New Zealand Institute for Advanced Technology. It has directed or supported more than 400 healthtech businesses and has over 1,480 subscribers following its work.
